Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or tear. We have a right to refuse if the item is not in its original condition
  • Items must be in its original packaging (tags, dust bag and installation material included)
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Please note, original shipping charges/any duties or taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
  • Once your return reaches our premise, we will process the refund within 7 business days
  • Your refund for your order will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note it may take up to 10 days for it to appear in your account.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our team at hello@blu341.com and we’ll guide you through the fix. Kindly include images of the damage/issue as well. Don't worry about shipping anything back until you've talked to our team—we want to keep things hassle-free for you.

For Domestic Orders (Australia)

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@blu341.com with your order number, and “return” in the subject line. Please include the reason for your return in the body of the email. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please note a flat fee of $10 AUD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping label costs.

For International Orders


To initiate a return, please email us at hello@blu341.com with your order number, and “return” in the subject line. Please include the reason for your return in the body of the email.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging the items to ensure their safe return to us. Please note that a 10% return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
