Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping (generally 6-14 business days). Expedited Express (DHL/FedEX) 2-4 business days is also available at an addtional fee.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. In the case it is taking longer than 3 business days, we will contact you via email. Please note, delivery timeframes are only an estimate and do not include processing time. There may be slight delays during peak promotional periods, in events of wild weather conditions, remote/regional delivery addresses or due to unforeseeable postal service delays beyond BLU341’s control.

All orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian Public holidays.

It's essential to provide the correct delivery address and any specific delivery instructions when placing your order with BLU341. If there's an error in the address provided, BLU341 is unable to refund your purchase and is not responsible for covering the costs of resending the order to the correct address.

Refunds will be processed for the product price only.
