METHOD 1

Locate the code engraved onto the side of your luggage.

The first 5 digits are the model number. In this case, the model number is 82353.

823 refers to the collection, while 53 is the size code.

METHOD 2

Check your Tax Invoice from Rimowa. You can find the code under "Reference" or "Serial Number".

The first 5 digits are the model number. In this case, the model number is 97373.

973 refers to the collection, while 73 is the size code.

METHOD 3

Check your purchase receipt or luggage tag. There should be a code. Here, the model number is written as “ITEM NO”.

The first 5 digits are the model number. In this case, the model number is 92563.
