We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note, delivery timeframes are only an estimate and do not include processing time. There may be slight delays during peak promotional periods, in events of wild weather conditions, remote/regional delivery addresses or due to unforeseeable postal service delays beyond BLU341’s control.
All orders (excluding US) are processed and shipped from our global hub in China. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
It's essential to provide the correct delivery address when placing your order with BLU341. If there's an error in the address provided, BLU341 is unable to refund your purchase and is not responsible for covering the costs of resending the order to the correct address.
Customs and Import Duty
For international shipments, please be aware that your order might be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by your destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges. Customs procedures may introduce delays, impacting original delivery estimates. To estimate potential duties, consult your local customs website. BLU341 holds no responsibility for additional fees and does not cover the costs associated with refused orders. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs or duties and taxes. Refunds will be processed for the product price only.
