Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.
Delayed Shipments & Refunds
Please note, delivery timeframes are only an estimate and do not include processing time. There may be slight delays during peak promotional periods, in events of wild weather conditions, remote/regional delivery addresses or due to unforeseeable postal service delays beyond BLU341’s control.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:
Check your tracking information for updates.
Contact your local postal service, as they may be holding the package.
If the package is missing, contact us at hello@blu341.com within 60 days of the shipping date.
Timeframe for Reporting Missing Packages
Missing package claims must be submitted within 60 days of the shipping date.
After 60 days, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments, as shipping carriers close their claim window.
