This website is a Global Tracking page, so it is usually able to provide better and more detailed tracking on the whereabouts of your package, compared to our local AusPost tracking. 

Your global tracking number is the same tracking number provided in your email.

Simply paste your tracking number into the website, and from there, if it has departed from Australia, you should typically see which local courier will be in charge of your parcel.
